At Blue Ridge Coffee Crafter, we strive to offer flexible purchase options and a straightforward cancellation process to meet your needs. Please review the details below:
Purchase Options:

Single Purchase:
You can purchase any of our coffees as a one-time order. Each order will be freshly roasted and shipped according to our processing and shipping timelines. -
Subscription Purchase:
Enjoy the convenience of regular coffee deliveries with our subscription options. You can choose from 1, 2, 3, or 4-week intervals for your subscriptions. Each subscription can be tailored to your preferences, including blends, single-origin coffees, and decaf options.
Managing Your Subscription:

Modifying Your Subscription:
You can modify your subscription (e.g., changing the coffee type, frequency, or shipping address) at any time by logging into your account on our website. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to take effect for that shipment. -
Pausing Your Subscription:
If you need a break from your subscription, you can pause it at any time through your account. Pauses can last for up to 3 months. If you wish to pause for longer, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Single Purchase Cancellation:
Orders for single purchases can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Because we roast to order, cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible. To cancel, please contact us at info@blueridgecoffeecrafters.com with your order number. -
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment. If a cancellation request is received after this period, the cancellation will take effect after the upcoming shipment.
Refunds for Cancellations:

Single Purchase:
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. -
Subscription:
If you cancel your subscription before a payment is processed, no further charges will occur. If a payment has already been processed for an upcoming shipment, that shipment will be the last one you receive, and no further charges will be made.
