Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee purchase from Blue Ridge Coffee Crafter. Please review our return policy below:

Returns for Coffee Purchases:

  • We accept returns for coffee purchases within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The coffee must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • To initiate a return, email us at info@blueridgecoffeecrafters.com with your order number. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for any Q Pods products. All sales of Q Pods are final.

Damaged Products:

  • If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@blueridgecoffeecrafters.com. Include a picture of the damaged package and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
