At Blue Ridge Coffee Crafter, we take pride in roasting your coffee fresh to order. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
- As an order-to-roast coffee roastery, we take a minimum of 3-7 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
- We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS services. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Issues:
- If your order arrives damaged or you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us at info@blueridgecoffeecrafters.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Blue Ridge Coffee Crafter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to investigate.
